Our Company

Our Expertise

Navigating the tax code is a demanding task and completing a successful 1031 exchange is riddled with pitfalls. Unfortunately, the 1031 exchange industry remains largely unregulated and there is no guarantee that your exchange will be handled by an expert. City Capital 1031 possesses extensive knowledge of the 1031 code and applicable rulings with experts who hail from legal, tax, finance, and real estate backgrounds. Our years of experience in the industry in conjunction with the investment arena provides us with a unique ability to meet our clients goals.

Our Approach

Our philosophy is to provide a sound team approach and remain committed to high quality customer service by maintaining good lines of communication with all parties involved throughout the exchange process. We seek to effectively communicate with clients by breaking down the complex legal jargon in understandable terms.

Security of Funds

Client funds are strictly maintained in segregated FDIC insured commercial bank accounts including Qualified Escrow Accounts. These accounts provide the highest level of security, but also offer the liquidity required in promptly providing funds in an exchange. We additionally carry insurance policies to further protect our clients funds.
